This 6-hour web-based training course is designed for personnel that have less than 5 years of experience in conducting causal analysis (i.e. root cause analysis and apparent cause evaluations).   • Day 1 of this course covers the fundamentals as described in BD-101E.

    • Case Studies of increasing difficulty are provided to enhance an understanding of key concepts and develop proficiency using the BlueDragon Framework.
