BlueDragon User's Group Meetings are free to all former students and are a great way to meet and network with other users 

A quick note from Rob

Hello BlueDragon Nation!

It's my favorite time of the year!  We cordially invite BlueDragon users to present your best case studies, interesting experiences and lessons learned at our annual User's Group Meeting.  Due to COVID-19, this year's meeting will be online through WebEx.  We may stay with the virtual format going forward to allow more participants from all over the country to attend the annual meeting from the comfort of their home or office.  

We will have breakout rooms for small group discussions on topics that are important to you, the BlueDragon users. So we are also looking for volunteers to be lead facilitators for those breakout rooms.   

Our two previous meetings were hosted by CNS at Oak Ridge, TN, and by SRNS in Aiken, SC.  Both were a big success, and we look forward to an even bigger and better event.  I am also looking for a volunteer to be my co-host for the day. (No money involved!)

User's Group Meetings are held once per year.  Managers, practitioners and distinguished guests share lessons learned through presentations and group discussions on topics that are important to BlueDragon users.  These include success stories of BlueDragon root cause analyses, problems with management indoctrination, and difficulties or challenges in conducting the investigations.  

LEARN

Attendees bring a wealth of knowledge from the perspectives of practitioners at the National Laboratories, the nuclear weapons complex and other BlueDragon clients.  There are also breakout sessions on selected topics of interest that you can participate in.   In addition, Rob, BlueDragon's creator, usually provides an update on the latest BlueDragon tools and techniques.  

NETWORK

User's Group Meetings are attended by practitioners from client organizations ranging from staff all the way up to the CEO.  These meetings present the opportunity to meet and exchange contact information with industry peers and subject matter experts.  During the meetings, we seek to put coalitions in place to work together on problems as we often find that we are trying to solve similar problems at the different sites.
